We deliver planned/scheduled maintenance (M&E), reactive services, 24hour 365day out of working hours emergency response services and technical support solutions. 

We also provide a wide range of insurance reinstatement services following trauma such as fire and flood.

We provide full end-to-end GSM installation and management services for both vehicle gate control and buildings/intercom door access control. This low-cost solution reduces the overhead and stress of vehicle and door access fob management for sites, particularly those with a high turnover of residents. Management of GSM databases are carried out remotely by our dedicated GSM team.

Beara Properties aims to provide Managing Agents with a comprehensive range of compliance and property maintenance solutions for the sites they manage.
