Where reactive maintenance and repairs are required for communal aspects only (i.e. not demised areas), we will keep the site Property Manager fully informed of our attendance, report on findings, recommended follow-up works, etc. right through until successful completion of the reactive maintenance or repair.

We pride ourselves on this end-to-end communication so that all relevant parties are kept informed of attendance, scheduled follow-up, etc.
We are mindful of the priority of reactive repairs and have different processes and procedures dependent on whether the job has been prioritised as Emergency / 24 Hour / 5 Day etc.
We offer 24 Hour / 365 day call out emergency response services for a wide range of site critical disciplines such as Fire Alarm and Fire Defence Equipment, Water Booster Pumps, Leak investigation, Building security issues, etc.
Beara Properties offer the following services as part of scheduled, preventative, compliance and maintenance service regimes to ensure that residential machinery and equipment are properly checked, tested, serviced, certified, etc. as required to ensure regulatory compliance.
Where regulatory certification and Declaration of Conformity are required, these are forwarded to the relevant Property Manager upon completion.
